Returns & Cancellation

At Luxury by Jambur, our products are handwoven, unique, and crafted with delicate precision. As a result, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are only permitted under exceptional circumstances.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before they are shipped, provided no tassels and/or fall pico have been added upon request.

  • Upon cancellation, you will receive store credit equivalent to your order value for future purchases.

  • If you prefer a refund, bank/payment gateway processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Only unstitched garments (saris, stoles, and dupattas) are eligible for cancellations.

  • Fabrics and apparel/garments cannot be canceled or returned.

Returns

Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  • A manufacturing defect is identified.

  • An incorrect item was dispatched.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Minor color variations due to lighting, angles, or fabric nature do not qualify for a return.

  • Issues related to additional complementary services such as fall or tassels will not be considered for returns.

  • Apparel/garments and fabrics are not eligible for returns.

Return Process:

  1. Send a return request via email to luxurybyjambur@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. Requests beyond this timeframe will not be accepted.

  2. If the package appears tampered, damaged, or unsealed, refuse delivery and contact us immediately.

  3. In case of damage, email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with your return request.

  4. If your request is approved, we will send an authorization for return/exchange within 5 working days.

  5. The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with tags and the original bill within 5 days of return authorization.

  6. Returns will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the item.

Refund Options:

  • Choose between a full refund in store credit or a refund to the original payment method (subject to return shipping charges and stocking fees).

  • Refund processing to your debit/credit card will be initiated within 7 working days (timing depends on your bank).

Exchanges

  • Orders can only be exchanged if no tassels and/or fall pico have been added upon request.

  • Customers will bear all applicable customs and duties for both the returned and exchanged shipment.

  • Overseas shipments will incur additional shipping charges.

  • Apparel and fabrics cannot be exchanged.

  • Items that have been opened, unfolded, or tried on will not be eligible for exchange.

  • Customers who repeatedly misuse the exchange policy may be denied future requests.
